Palantir founded the American Tech Fellowship to arm the American worker with the skills and opportunities to revolutionize the way we build in America. The program is founded on the belief that AI must serve the human person and that America's workers are its greatest competitive advantage. Fellows participate in a high-intensity training course using Palantir's industry-leading software, designed to separate the ordinary from the truly extraordinary. The program specifically seeks high-agency builders who obsess over results rather than resume padding. Initial cohorts include transitioning military veterans, engineers and operators from American factories, railroads, logistics, and field service, startup founders, and self-taught technologists. Fellows complete a capstone project–an end-to-end operational workflow, dashboard, or automation–demonstrating their ability to apply AI to real-world challenges. Exceptional graduates are connected directly with top employers, including Palantir and its customers and partners across the country.
