You drive the conversation about something you actually made. Strong builders advance to Round 2. Round 2: A vibe coding competition using Klaviyo's best-in-class AI tools. Present your solution to a panel of judges. Showcase your creativity in how you problem solve — your builder mindset. Perfection isn't the point — your thought process is. Demo to decision-makers. The Klaviyo AI Builder Residency is a full-time, 12-month program where you're embedded directly with teams across Klaviyo — building AI-powered tools, automations, and agent workflows that solve real business problems. Not a sandbox. Not a simulation. Production systems, real users, actual stakes. You'll work alongside our R&D and AI leadership, ship code from week one, and help teams across the company go from curious about AI to fluent in it.
