The program embraces borderless participation–founders can be based anywhere–and focuses on those with the potential to build companies valued at –1B+ by combining scientific insight, real-world experience, and deep empathy for the founder's path. EWOR alumni typically raise –1–11M during the fellowship period and have achieved record-breaking funding rounds and exits. The selection uses ML-driven pattern recognition, intensive partner interviews, and evidence-based testing to identify visionaries, technical prodigies, and driven operators committed to solving significant global challenges.
